What is DNS in Networking System?

URL: an
address that uniquely identifies a location on the internet (URL)
IP Address:
internet protocol address. An Ip address identifies a computer that is
connected to the internet or a network
There are
two types of IP address
(
1) IP version 4 (IPV4) and IP Version
(IPV6)
Note: (a) IP Version 4 address usually
consists of four groups of Numbers Separated by periods, example 192.200.44.69.
(b)IP version 6 address has eight groups of hexadecimal character
(the numbers 0-9 and
the letter A-H ) separated by colons. Example 3ffe;fff0000;24fd,211g
The last
part of URL is called a top level
domain name
